Camels do not appear after spawning them through camel spawn egg or commands. When I spawn the camel with its spawn egg or commands, the camel shadow was appearing but he itself do not spear I killed to confirm that I spawn him and several times I spawned him, but he does not appear himself, but its shadow appear. To understand the issue here are some attachments of images and m affected world.

No Mega Spud. I was not using. I deleted all my resource pack and I never use behavior pack. So, I didn't use behavior pack.
Resolving temporarily as Awaiting Response. Is this also an issue in newly created worlds? If not, could you please attach the affected world to your report (if it exceeds the file size limit, you can upload it elsewhere, e.g. OneDrive, and link it here)?
