[MCPE-164201] Shulkers not dropping shells

I was raiding an end city in my realms world at around 4,920, -216 and letting shulkers duplicate to collect shells. after killing about 8 or 10 I hadn't gotten any shell drops. most of the kills were with a looting III sword. 2 or 3 were with a bow
