Minecraft dressing room charactor reset to default.

For a year I have had the issue where my charactor resets to default on android and I have to remake the whole charactor. If anything happens like a huge change in stuff avaiable in the dressing room to purchase or addition or removal of features relsted to dressing room, anything and my charactor is lost. Its the most annoying thing about the whole game. I had to remake my charactor 4 times then for several months things were okay then today my charactor reset to default. Why do I have to constantly remake my charactor. Why is everything else always fixed. Does not make me wanna buy more dressing room content, it makes me wanna buy lessser since my charactor will just reaet after a little while or if anything at all is added or taken aeay so why even bother. What if a content creator had this issue, would they stream as much. Its annoying for everyone knowing it can be fixed and probably pretty easily. I bought a whole bunch of stuff to make a cute outfit and have to re do every detail, body feature and all everytime I turn around worried a hair style or eye type I use to make my charactor will not be available anymore and my previous charactor list. Cause the dressing room can't function with out constant changes 24-7 apparently which makes it hard to keep a charactor and its loos the way you want. On windows11 my charactor is still there, but cannot buy anything cause an error appears tellibg me I own it already and when I go back in it says purchase not completed.
