When my children try to load their Minecraft PE it goes to a black screen every time. When they do get it to load, it crashes within 5 or so minutes. HELP!

already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, deleting all minecraft related apps and then reinstalling minecraft. Still doesn't work.
