Hi,
i am trying to download a mod we just purchased called crafted custom hearts by logdotzip however it keeps coming up with an error saying download failed.
Can you confirm how to fix this as we have just paid for the mod.

This doesn’t help my issue. When is this expected to be resolved? Can you just refund me instead and I can try a different mod?
