Recently, after creating a brand new world on xbox and playing with a few friends of mine they have told me that items and mobs that they could see previously vanish from the world and are completly invisible to them, this however does not effect the host (me) and I can see everything fine.
Leaving and rejoining to redownload the add-ons (since now they have to do it everytime they join) will temporarily fix the issue but items and mobs will disappear overtime for other players, as far as I can tell this only effects Xbox and happens with any add-on, this makes it incredibly hard to enjoy any custom content.
If you want to reproduce this bug download any custom add-on pack, preferably one that includes new items and mobs and have another player join the world, wait a minute or two and said items and mobs should vanish.

Sorry for not providing enough info, so to clarify yes this world is hosted on Xbox and while this issue effects all add-ons I have used, i tested the problem using a few different add-ons on a single world to confirm the issue, the first is an updated one called "Dracomalum" on MCPEDL and was created by LegitDragonb0y. Dracomalum contains both a resource and behavior, while the other two are purely texture packs, "we don't bite" (bedrock edition) on cursed forge made by twinberrycheesecake and "New Wayukian" (bedrock edition) on Planet Minecraft made by original_tekpir8. All three of these where applied using a file manager on Xbox (that is completly functional and unlikely the cause) called "My files explorer extended" on the Xbox store and no, the add-ons are not restricted from being used in multiplayer, however if any player joins the world's I host many mobs, items and sometimes textures simply disappear instantly or gradually overtime from the other players perspective but not from the hosts, I have made sure this issue does not effect a single person or a single add-on by testing other add-ons on different worlds with new people, all of them have the same issue of disappearing items and entities.
I'm also unsure if this affects marketplace content but if necessary I can test it.
I should also mention that the Dracomalum add-on i tested is updated to work in the current version of 1.19.41
(Side note, I did not list ALL of the add-ons I use because the world's I make typically have 65 add-ons enabled, if you like I could provide the entire list however I really doubt that would solve anything since I have also seen this issue effect add-ons that are purely resource packs that change only textures, no behaviors included)

I checked the report that caused mine to be linked as a duplicate and found out that not only did the main report not mention anything about my texture problem. None of the comments did either, one posts just talked about how uncaring Mojang is to people who apply add-ons, while the other talked about the fact that you have to uninstall and reinstall Minecraft to even apply add-ons anymore and how that causes world and data saving issues. Unless THAT is the cause of my problem I don't see how my issue is at all similar.
I'm sorry if I misunderstood something about this since I am new to these bug reports, but it just feels like whoever (or whatever) is reading these reports is not actually looking at the actual issues properly.
