[MCPE-164431] Unable to select anything

I have had to uninstall and reinstall minecraft several times since the update for 1.19.41 came out. I cannot make selection on the begging screen to play the game or turn off text to speech. Each time I uninstall, it works until I close the game and open it up again where I cannot make any selections.

The issue has not been resolved, I cannot use the A button to select anything or use the d pad to move around. The joystick works fine. If I open any other game this is not an issue. This all started after the update.
