Xbox inventory lag

When every I enter my inventory I get weird lag spikes. It only seems to happen in the crafting table or inventory not the in chests etc.

This is already a report, number MCPE-162277. A moderator said the bug is fixed in a current preview and will be out in the next update but no word on when that update will be.
