Hello: We purchased "My Life in Sakura Shores" via Minecraft on my daughters iPad. Went through the download process but has not been able to install. In Marketplace it still shows an Exclamation Point.
We tried clicking update. It shows as if it goes through process...2 of 2. It finishes but still shows Exclamation Point and nothing happens.
I've deleted it to download again, went through the whole process again but still it has not fixed the issue.
We tried to contact Imagiverse but have not heard back from them at all.
I've attached pictures for your reference.

We're tracking this issue in MCPE-54531, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
You might like to try clearing the Marketplace cache:
Navigate to Settings > Storage
Press the Clear Marketplace Cache button at the top
Exit Minecraft and restart your device
