[MCPE-165016] Food Restores Hunger Points then Suddenly Doesn’t work

My Player 2 and I play our survival world just fine and eat when we need to, until we can’t. Eating food can work fine one second, actually gives us the hunger points, but then the next second we try to eat it doesn’t consume the food and doesn’t give us the hunger points. We keep trying to eat but it doesn’t work till we save and quit then reload the world. Then it repeats itself multiple times. PS4 and Xbox One
