[MCPE-165132] Grass spreads to seagrass underwater

Grass that is near rivers and lakes spread to the seagrass when dirt is underneath causing in to become grass.

How To Reproduce

Locate seagrass near a grass area.

Use randomtickspeed and watch it overtime.
