While playing on my phone in the Nether dimension I turned screen off, later I turned it back on and teleported to the Overworld. I saw my wallpaper glitched in the game (screenshot). I am using Faithful resource pack.

Probably not. The effect is the same but conditions are different. I was playing all the time in the fullscreen mode with activated resource pack. Problem occurred after turning screen off.
The only visible "glitch" in the screenshot is that the left side has a black bar. Is that the issue?
What do you mean by "Burned"?
Is this your normal "phone wallpaper" or is this just an issue you see in the game (like your phone wallpaper is appearing during gameplay)?
Or, did your previous "phone wallpaper" get changed by Minecraft?

It is hard to spot (raining and having photo from the Space as a wallpaper). If you look closely, you can spot white dots (galaxies) everywhere on the trees and the water and on the right side is a space nebula in the water. I tried to repeat it but without any results. It happened after turning screen of while being in the Nether, then unlocking my phone, closing game immediately, opening chrome, turning screen off, unlocking it again and switching from chrome to Minecraft and teleporting to the Overworld.Â
We are using MCPE-154195 as a parent ticket for all cases of the phone wallpaper appearing in-game, regardless of the apparent trigger. If you can determine specific steps to reproduce this, such as it always happening when you turn your phone off and then on again, then please comment on that report with your findings.
