[MCPE-165517] The marketplace is not working, nor the multiplayer mode for clubs and groups even though all Xbox and Microsoft settings are active

this problem has been happening to me for months, but I thought it was an Internet connection but it's not, I found out why my cousin is experiencing the same problem!
