If you break any block while holding any door, the door will gain a durability meter similar to golden tools. If the durability runs out, all doors in that stack will break. If you separate the stack, you can't stack them back. Tested on dirt, logs, and wheat crops. Can be fixed by placing the doors then picking them up again.
