Very large animated texture files can be loaded in Java but not bedrock.

Steps To Reproduce:

  1. Install a "classic" texture pack and put it in Java Edition

  2.  Make a bedrock texture pack with the water texture from the Java texture pack.

  3. Import

  4. The water should be black or the default texture

Solution: change the limit from 32×1024 or 16x512 etc. to 16x24368 or 32x49152 for water and lava.
