Summary: I showed that the world that I was playing is eligible for achievement unlocking, yet I cannot unlock it. This issue also affects all other achievements, including all progressing achievement.

I have the same problem, i tried with getting a sponge on a furnace to dry it and other achievements but i cannot get it.
