After crashing Minecraft I tried reconnecting to a friends world and I could not join and he could not join me. After deleting the game then reinstalling, removing and adding them back as a friend, restarting console, signing out then in on Microsoft account it still did not work. We could only join a friend that wasn't involved in the crash. Later one of the people involved in the crash was able to have the other members join them. As of now still myself and one other cannot join or host.
