Diamonds not spawn in blacksmith chest. I checked many seeds but i never found any village with diamonds.

You can stop looking for them 🙂 For historical reasons, blacksmith chests in PE generated ink sacs instead of diamonds. This was intentional back when PE did not include squid, but since then, it's a bug.

I checked villages in 0.17.0.2 and there is do diamonds at all. Is still not fixed, adding to affects 0.17.0.2.

They spawn with diamonds now 🙂 (Build 3 or 4 fixed this)
Try the seed FINAL, there should be a couple of diamonds waiting 😛
