Date format is shown as American MM/DD/YY on languages where DD/MM/YY is standard

Date format is shown as MM/DD/YY even when on non-American language settings. I first noticed this on English (UK), but it also appears to be a problem on other languages.

I have verified this bug on Xbox Series X and on Android also.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Change language in game settings to English (UK) or another language.
2. Look at worlds to see most recently played - they are in MM/DD/YY despite the fact you have changed language.
