Book and quills text line breaks are erased when previous text is changed

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Enter line of text

2. ‘return’ for new line, and enter text

3. Edit previous text

Observed Results:{*}{*}

All pages ‘return’s are erased, and further attempts to ‘return’ between text, duplicate the last letter

Expected Results:
You could edit any text while retaining line skips as normal, and separate text into separate lines same as any normal text interface
