Still an issue in 26.51. A temporary workaround is to exit chat and press the up arrow again, but this must be done for EVERY history item.

Can confirm. The Up Arrow now moves the text cursor to the start of the line instead of bringing up the previous chat history, which is the behaviour in other text-editing boxes outside of Minecraft. But this isn’t how it should work in-game.

Are you sure you are on the latest version? This was fixed in the hotfix 26.1 in February.

Can confirm, this should’ve been tested before 26.0 was released. Screenshot from my iPad:

It was just fixed for Windows, but not other platforms where players use Keyboard & Mouse, which is a bit of a let down

It’s still an issue, affects all keyboards, wired and wireless

This has always been an issue since Keyboard & Mouse support was implemented, not limited to iPadOS 26.

Can confirm, also only affects Pocket UI. Also relates to my bug (MCPE-183900) as that also only occurs in Pocket UI and when using a controller.

Can confirm, it also affects iOS. The last version where it showed the correct update info was 1.19.0.

Actually I can add that it also affects the Command Block and Structure Block UI.

I reported this issue, why does it say no user? Also, this issue has since been fixed but the 'duplicate' linked to this report is still incorrect.

Used to be the other way around, it showed the red Mojang screen but not the Minecraft logo. Not sure why it was changed. (MCPE-155573)

A workaround is to manually delete the pack folder inside com.mojang.
