The Up Arrow key no longer brings up previous commands in the chat/command bar. This feature used to work, but now pressing the Up Arrow does nothing.

Can confirm. The Up Arrow now moves the text cursor to the start of the line instead of bringing up the previous chat history, which is the behaviour in other text-editing boxes outside of Minecraft. But this isn’t how it should work in-game.
