Windows 10 Update 2022 H2 caused the LAN connection between my Windows 11 & 10 computers to fail.
It worked before we ran the update on the W10 computer, it failed ever since after running the update. There were no other things changing during that time, so it is clearly down to that update. Both computers were running 1.19.51 Minecraft already for a while.
We simply cannot see each others worlds. Of course tried all the 'fixes' that are posted online, but none work for this.
Comments

Probably is, as there is also win 10 involved there. Added a comment in there so they could check if it also coincides with the 2022h2 update
Resolving temporarily as Awaiting Response. Is this still an issue? Comments under MCPE-165811 state that the issue with Switch has been fixed.

The issue still persists for me. Same observations as for Reporter. Worked perfectly until both computers were updated with Win10 Update 2022H2. Issue remains the same with all the latest Windows KB updates installed.
Both computers can join a game, if the game is hosted on an iPad. But of any of the two computers host, neither the other computer, nor the iPad can see the LAN game.

For me it now all works again, since last week. Indeed at the same time the Switch issue was reported as resolved.
But apparently the problem still persists for the commenter here?

It's been resolved for me after updating to version 1.19.60.

Resolving as Cannot Reproduce per comments from original reporter and the one other user who mentioned that they had the issue previously.
This is possibly the same bug as MCPE-165811
