[MCPE-166251] Nintendo Switch players not connecting to Windows players

So my friend plays on windows and I play on switch. Whenever I try to join his world, it would put me in "connecting to multiplayer game" and then connection time out. I have good internet fyi.

I play on Playstation 4 and I suddenly have the same exact problem when I try to join my friends that play on PC
