Flying in a 1.5 block gap makes you phase through the block above you

When sneaking in a 1.5 block gap and activating flight mode in creative, you phase through the block above you.

Steps to reproduce

1. Stand in a 1.5 block gap while sneaking with flight mode not being enabled

2. enable flight mode and start flying up

3. phase through the block above you
