[MCPE-166422] Incorrect Chat Visuals when using a Keyboard for iPadOS

When using chat on iPad with a keyboard, the chat display is placed incorrectly and is left with a large gap at the bottom.

Steps to Replicate
Get an iPad with a keyboard.
Open the chatbox.
Click on the textbox.
Observe how the chat screen raises leaving a large gap.
