Cannot detect this update, saw someone else submit this issue and a mod just said if it doesnt update within a FEW DAYS to submit another report? i dont really think we should be having to wait that long for it to work, id like to join my friends who are on xbox and have all updated instantly! Is there any info on why this is happening?

Some of my friends in the realm say that it's working for them but it's not working for me! I hope this gets fixed quickly, this isn't fair at all.
@MISSHOOOM maybe you could submit a report too? more likely to be dealt with if they know how many people this is affecting
TheBlueOneTV: creating multiple bug new reports about the same issue only makes more work for the volunteer bug tracker staff. It is not a way to communicate with Mojang. Please familiarize yourself with the Bug Track Guidelines.
Reports created here most certainly can have no impact whatsoever on when each platform's store makes the next update for Bedrock Edition available. The different stores are run by independent companies and Mojang likely has no control of when they publish the updates they are given. Most updates become available within a few hours on the different platforms, but some in the past have been a few days apart.
@GoldenHelmet alright, apologies for multiple reports in that case, it just doesnt seem ideal that we have to potentially wait days to play again?

Please follow the parent report (MCPE-166752) for any information Mojang decides to publish here on the bug tracker. I think you're more likely to get information about issues like this from their twitter feed.
hopefully if enough reports come through on this it can be fixed ASAP, really annoying 😞
