My content is frozen in the marketplace

I sent this to tech support but they told me to send it here. The marketplace isn't allowing us to access our content we've purchased/downloaded before. We upgraded from an xbox one to a series X and are trying to re-download our favorite worlds but it won't stop loading. It won't let us scroll over to our content, it just circles forever where our coins appear on screen. Everything else seems to be there, my balance looks correct and we can still buy things. I've cycled the power, Uninstalled and reinstalled, nothing seems to be working. We just want to be able to play our game
