[MCPE-166632] There is a loading animation near the minecoins image

Issue : There is a loading animation near minecoins image.
Expected Results : There is should not have a loading animation near minecoins image.

Reproduce issues :
1.Click on dressing room.
2.See the minecoins button on top of the dressing room menu.

The loading spinner also appears in the "My Content" screen in the Marketplace. The spinner disappears when you click on the minecoins, but it will reappear when you press the back button. This issue doesn't occur in 1.19.51.

For me this issue is accompanied by being unable to select any of my purchased content on the “my content” screen. This bug is present when I play on both PlayStation and switch.
