There is no Elder Guardian Spawn Egg in creative inventory.

This Works As Intended for now.

The wiki states:

They do not have a spawn egg and thus can only be spawned through commands or natural generation.

They can be summoned at your coordinates using the following command:

/summon elderguardian ~ ~ ~

It should not be working as intended as in 1.11, the elder guardian spawn egg will return along with the other spawn eggs that were removed in 1.10 RC1, (plus wither skeleton minus cat) and in fact they need to add a spawn egg for the wither (the other boss confirmed for alpha/beta 0.16.0) (I said alpha/beta because they might skip to the beta due to bosses being added).
