[MCPE-167059] Minecart on powered rail

This issue has not only occured when playing on the realm on my Xbox but also playing on a local game on my switch.

When utilizing a minecart on powered rail the minecart rocks back and forth and kicks you out if you were previously riding it or will not allow you to ride it.

Are you sure you're using powered rails and not activator rails?

Well, I tried it again with my daughter today as she was the first to notice it. It happened when I tried to replicate it that day, but now it isn't doing it anymore.
