Wolves, cats, parrots, panda and fox don't have sitting animations.

Expected Results:
Wolves, cats, parrots, panda and fox should have sitting animations in minecart/boat.

Reproduce issue :
1.Place a boat/minecart.
2.Make the mobs ride the boat/minecart.

Wait, I'm confused, is this because when they're tamed, they have a sitting animation? If not, this ticket is invalid. Other animals don't have an animation for sitting down either.
