Anytime when I purchase/update marketplace content loading bar stucks on "Downloading...", not letting me play that world.

We're tracking this issue in MCPE-54531, so this ticket is being resolved and linked as a duplicate.
You can try clearing the Marketplace cache in Settings > Storage and then restarting the game to see if that helps.
