Controller hints show in villager menu when turned off

When I go into a villager to trade, the controller hints (that show you which buttons do what) still show up even though I have them turned off in settings. The controller hints don't show up anywhere else.

Steps to Reproduce: 

1. Have controller hints turned off

2. Be using a controller

3. Place down a villager

4. Go into the villager

5. Hover over the inventory and notice that the controller hints show

Observed Results:

The controller hints are shown in the bottom right of the screen.

Expected Results:

The controller hints shouldn't show when they are turned off in settings.
