This is no longer an issue in the latest version (1.20.51) because the emote selector no longer displays the images.
I am requesting ownership because the report hasn't been updated in over a year. I have also attached a video of the issue.
I would like to point out that the copy coordinates UI does still exist on iOS.

Steps to Reproduce:
Place blocks on all sides of an iron bar
Observe the z-fighting
Observed Results:
There is z-fighting on the top and bottom of the iron bars where they connect with the blocks.
Expected Results:
There should not be z-fighting.
It is still an issue in the latest version. The version has just been added to the report!
