The game crashes when opening the "My Packs" tab

The game crashes when opening the "My Packs" tab in the resource pack settings menu. To reproduce this bug, you need to go to the settings, then select the "Global Resources" item, and then open the "My Packs" tab. Then game crashes.
This has NOT been fixed and is NOT a duplicate of another report. If the title says that the game crashes, it doesn't mean that it crashes for the same reason that it crashes because of another bug that just reported earlier than this one.

@unknown: You selected 1.19.60.25 Preview and 1.19.60.24 Preview as the affected versions, but I don't see the debug text at the top of the screen in your screenshot. Are you using a resource pack to hide that text, or did you select the wrong versions?

I'm using a Preview Hider resource pack.

@Error make sure you're manually adding the pack to your resource_packs folder rather than just clicking on the pack and relying on your game to import it. Manually adding it to the folder should force the game to add it to your global resources, where you should then see the pack greyed out and corrupted at the bottom when you view your global resources by clicking on the My Packs button.

@exhilia
I've tried adding it manually, although expanding the list still crashes. the likely reason why it still crashes for me and not you is because I'm in the stable (non-beta) version.
edit: Also, if the pack is deleted in the beta version and you go out of the beta, will the pack reappear or not?

@Error . lol I literally mentioned in my comment that I tested the pack in the beta preview, the report also has one of the beta previews as a fix version number. Please keep that in mind before commenting next time because it can throw people off and make people on here including the devs think that the issue still isn't fixed

@exhilia
I did say I did it on the non-beta version.
Anyways, I found a fix for non-beta versions. First, you need to go to your resource packs folder, and copy the folders there to a place that won't be affected by the next step (as well as anything else you want to keep after it), then, you need to uninstall minecraft, then reinstall. Now, you must put all the resource packs you previously copied, and put them in an .zip, then change the .zip at the end to .mcaddon. now you import it the way you would with any other addon through the game, and as you didn't manually reimport them, any corrupted packs fail to get imported, and as such you don't have the corrupted pack crashing your game when you open the resource pack list in the global resources menu.

hello friends, does this problem still exist, I'm on version 1.19.73, I haven't tried it yet, I wanted to ask you?
