Command usage is overflowing Chat UI like this.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open a chat window
2. Type command that have a lot of parameters
3. You can see parameters are overflowing in window
Observed Results:
Overflowing in UI
Expected Results:
Line break before it overflow
