I will only say that the bars have Z-fighting since I noticed that the recent versions have a lot of that in many objects or blocks.
Steps to Reproduce:
Place blocks on all sides of an iron bar
Observe the z-fighting
Observed Results:
There is z-fighting on the top and bottom of the iron bars where they connect with the blocks.
Expected Results:
There should not be z-fighting.

This issue no longer reproduce in 1.21.110.23, Same with copper bars does not have Z-fighting but The iron bars still reproduce in 1.21.100 Release remain.
Based on old worlds found reproduce all bars that I tested, Here is a old world file for testing in latest preview, So it will not reproduceable in new worlds that was created.
