My son is playing minecraft on nintendo switch. If he tries to use the marketplace it is loading a long time and he's getting the error messages in the screenshots attached on this message.
How can we solve this problem?

Mein Sohn besitzt Minecraft und spielt dies auf der Nintendo Switch. Wenn er in den Marketplace geht, lädt dieser sehr lange und es erscheint eine Fehlermeldung "Es ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Bitte versuche es später erneut". Der Fehlercode lautet 2306-0112
Beim Versuch Texturen zu laden erscheint die Meldung "Momentan kann keine Verbindung zum Marketplace hergestellt werden. Bitte versuche es später erneut" Der Fehlercode hier lautet U-000
Wie kann ich das Problem lösen?
