Piglin Head ears when worn by players are behaving strangely

When equipped by Players the Piglin Head ears are moving strangely. Piglin Head Ears will move correctly when the player wearing it moves continuously, but when moving little by little and you stopped the ears are like frozen, even when the player wearing it jumps in place the ears won't move.
