This has been a bug for absolutely ages actually, and I cannot understand why nobody has reported this and had it fixed yet. It's highly annoying when I switch to a weapon full of enchantments, and the list of enchantments blocks my view for a few seconds before finally disappearing.

I selected Android 12, but it looks like even the webpage has bugs.
This bug report involves every Bedrock platform, and there is no media to attatch. It's exactly what I said - if I select a tool/weapon with many enchantments, then the hotbar tooltip blocks my view for about 4-5 seconds.
This issue has already been reported at MCPE-137974, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate. Also, please don't post comments confirming an issue in unreleased versions. It's not possible for you to know if the issue occurs in those versions, as they are unreleased.
