[MCPE-167455] Shulkers' size are different to shulker boxes

Steps to reproduce

1. Place a shulker box

2. Spawn a shulker next to it.

3. Compare there shape and size

Expected results

they're exactly the same shape and size

Observed results

When you compare them, they are a little different.
