No, It's untouched minecraft.
But there are 2 always active repeat command blocks that give me effects
And I'm also using a 4D skin.(I think It's made with animations or something)
And yes it still works with a normal skin and without those command blocks
Do this and see if it fixes:
Open the world
Pause and press Save and Exit
