After playing the day before I load up my single player world to see my player data reset. I spawn at world spawn with nothing as if I had joined for the first time. All of my items in my inventory and ender chest are gone.

The same thing happened to me on xbox one x but for me I was reset to the world spawn along with having an empty inventory. I did have a starter map though, so I think when this bug happens, it essentially deletes your character from when you saved and gives you a new one. Closed my game before it saved and went into a copy of the world in creative and the same thing happens. When I left the world, there was an error in uploading the world but then it fixed. After that happened, I loaded back in to tp to where my base was to see if it was there but it put me back, completely fixed. Idk what happened but this definitely needs to be looked at.

I am having exactly the same problem on xbox series X. Happens to both my account and to the world on my son's account. If we log off either world (save and exit) then log back on again, it loads where we should have been with a full inventory and all levels etc. This started today.
