Sometimes when I enter a world it puts me back at spawn with no items as if I were a new player and a map. If you reload the world it will put you back where you were originally were and with your items as they were. It solves the problem but it shouldn't have trouble loading the world where you have to open it twice.
It doesn't happen all the time but it does happen for some reason.
