The player cannot stop sneaking when no clipping through blocks in spectator mode

Steps to reproduce:

1. Join a world

2. Place any full block on the ground

3. Go to fly mode on creative and fly down on the ground

4. Go to spectator mode

5. Go on the block that you place

6. Hold the Sneak and jump key at the same time and let go

Observed results:
The player cannot stop sneaking when going through block on spectator mode

Expected results:
The player can stop sneaking while going though blocks on spectator mode
