At Christmas I got the map for free and when the map let me download it, press the download button and then the problem began, since then every time I enter the Marketplace and go to see to download it does not let me download it.

This is actually a duplicate of MCPE-54531. You can try clearing the Marketplace cache in Settings > Storage and then restarting your device to see if that helps.
