Minecraft 1.19.63 on Windows can't find LAN games

My Windows devices can't find the LAN game hosted on my XBox. I launch Minecraft, click Play, and go to the Friends tab, and no LAN game shows up. I am able to connect to the same LAN game from my Android phone and Nintendo Switch, but my Windows 10 and Windows 11 computers are unable to see the LAN game.  I am also able to connect to featured servers over the internet, only LAN seems to be affected.

All devices are running Minecraft Bedrock 1.19.63, and there were no LAN issues prior to the update.
