[MCPE-16779] Changing Gamemode when Flying gives Flight Control Buttons in Survival

Steps To Reproduce

Open a creative world with cheats enabled
Fly
Change to survival in settings or with the command /gamemode 0
Notice that you will fall to the ground, but the flight control buttons will remain (but do nothing)
Also the sneak button is missing

This bug has been reported to our internal bug tracker for further testing and a fix. It is scheduled to be fixed in one of the future updates (no specific date can be provided).
