Download freeze

Doesn’t seem to unfortunately.I purchased the world Sonic The Hedgehog by Gamemode One and I am not able to access it. It did not download and within my content shows that it is downloading but with no progress made on the download bar. I am able to access and use the skins that came with the game in my existing worlds but seem unable to access any other features of the purchase.  

I added a screenshot of this. My daughter has 4 worlds that are stuck on downloading either from new purchases or updates. The download window opens, nothing happens, so eventually we just close the download dialogue by hitting the X. The pages of these worlds then are like in the screenshot. For the worlds with updates, I have tried deleting the template from storage but the marketplace page remains stuck. This is on an iPad with OS and Minecraft up to date.

Edit: I also tried clearing the Marketplace cache, which refreshed the page, but then the cycle just repeats, getting stuck again. The download will just not start. Our internet is working fine so it’s not that.

Edit 2: After clearing marketplace cache, closing minecraft, disconnecting wifi, restarting ipad, turning on wifi and opening minecraft in that order, it worked! I have successfully downloaded/updated all of my daughter’s content.

We are tracking this issue at MCPE-54531, so I will resolve and link this ticket as a duplicate.

I am sorry but the fixed status isnt quite right. I try to download a RP right now and its stuck. Last time I had this bug, I had to deinstall the game and after I reinstalled it all my worlds and downloaded texturepack and addons from that I havent bought in the market place were deleted too.
